YIELD: 6 BEEF LO MEIN
COOKING TEMP: 212F PORTION: 3/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 75 MIN COOKING PAN: WOK & SAUCE PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef tenderloin : 1 1/2 lb 1. Combine soysauce, vinegar and
| Soysauce : 3 Tb cornstarch. Add beef and toss to
| Vinegar : 1 Tb coat. Marinate overnight.
| Cornstarch : 2 ts 2. Simmer beef in marinade until
| Oil : 3 Tb tender. Drain. Reserve marinade.
| Noodles linguini : 10 oz 3. Heat oil. Stir-fry beef in oil
| Water : 1 1/4 qt until browned. Remove.
| Red pepper bell : 1 4. Cook noodles in water until tender.
| Mushrooms cnd : 8 oz Drain. Toss with meat.
| Chinese pea pods : 6 oz
| Onions green chopped : 4 oz 5. Slice red peppers into 2 inch
| Water : 1/2 cp strips.
| Cornstarch : 1 ts 6. Stir-fry mushrooms, pea pods, green
| Beef seasoning : 1 1/4 ts onions and red pepper strips until
| Garlic powder : 1/4 ts tender. Toss with beef-noodle mix.
| Onion powder : 1/4 ts 7. Combine water, cornstarch and
|. seasonings. Heat to boiling. Stir
until thickened slightly. Toss with
meat vegetable mix.
